Gould Barbers is looking for a skilled and motivated Self-Employed Senior Barber to join our team.

3+ year experience as a barber
Your own tools
Great customer service & timekeeping
Passion for your craft and a professional attitude
Prior experience in a senior role is preferred but not essential
Provide high-quality barbering services, including haircuts and beard trims
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer personalised styling advice
Maintain a clean and organised workspace to ensure a welcoming environment
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly
Manage day-to-day running of the shop, including rotas, presentation and stock levels
Supervise staff to maintain a consistently high standard in store
Maintain a motivated, professional and welcoming environment for all clients and staff
Promote culture of outstanding, consistent customer service
Provide support and training for junior barbers
Work closely with area managers to improve shop performance
